Stacy Rukavishnikov was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of 15, settling in Brooklyn, New York. Embracing a new culture and language, she graduated from high school in Brooklyn and continued her studies in college, laying the foundation for a career built on adaptability, determination, and a strong work ethic.

In 2004, Stacy relocated to Colorado, where she began her professional journey in the insurance industry. By 2005, she became a licensed insurance agent, a role she held for seven years. Her ability to connect with clients and navigate complex policies made her a valuable asset in the field.

Seeking new challenges, Stacy transitioned into residential property management, starting on a leasing team and steadily advancing into management roles. Her leadership and hands-on experience across various aspects of property operations led her to explore more specialized areas of the industry.

In 2018, she made a shift into HOA management, where she spent several years honing her skills and expanding her expertise. Then, in 2021, Stacy entered the world of commercial property management—a move that allowed her to combine her industry knowledge with a strategic, big-picture approach to asset and operations management.
