Blake Green joined the Proterra team in May 2023 as the Director of Properties. In this role, Blake will oversee Proterra’s growing real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Proterra, he worked as a community banker, specializing in commercial real estate lending, construction lending, equipment financing and working capital lines of credit. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Tourism Management and a Master of Science in Applied Economics, both from Colorado State University. 

Outside of business, he is very active in the Colorado Springs community. Blake currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA), a Board Member for HBA Cares (a nonprofit arm of the HBA), a volunteer board member of the Pikes Peak Range Rider Foundation and as a volunteer youth hockey coach for the Colorado Rampage in Monument, CO. 

Blake and his wife Bree live in northern Colorado Springs, CO with their two very active boys, Cody and Carson.
